Shipping policy
UK POST
We have three different shipping rates for inland mail;
Royal Mail first class
This is our standard service, which is sent with Royal Mail 24. Prices are from £3.50, and is free if you spend over £50. Delivery aim is 1-5 working days.
Tracked Royal Mail 24
Delivery aim is between 1-2 working days. Tracking information is sent to the email provided at time of checkout, but should you misplace this we will be more than happy to provide your tracking code.
Next Day Delivery
Sent with Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery by 1pm' service; should you select this shipping rate, your order will arrive the next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note you must place your order before 12pm midday to ensure your order will be dispatched that day. e.g. If your order is received before 12pm on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday.
INTERNATIONAL POST
We deliver to all of Europe and much of the rest of the world; if you can't find your country as a shipping rate, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
International Standard
Our standard delivery is with Royal Mail's 'International Standard' post, of which the delivery aim is 5-7 working days. Please do allow extra for busy periods such as Christmas.
International Tracked
We also offer a tracked service for some countries; please contact us for your tracking code and we can give this information to you.
AMAZON
We occasionally use Amazon as a fulfilment centre, hence the delivery package is in an Amazon package.
